• To cancel the order,  You can drop us an email   at stutikhakhraonline@gmail.com (From 10 AM to 7 PM, Mon to Sat) within 24 hours of placing the order. We are closed on Sunday & Bank Holidays.
  • Order cancellations are only permitted if the order has not yet been shipped. The cost of two-way shipping will be applied if you opt to cancel your order. If you need to withdraw, send us an email at stutikhakhraonline@gmail.com
  • We kindly ask that you get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery if the product arrives to you in a situation that makes it unsuitable for use, has passed its expiration date, etc. If necessary, we will investigate the problem through photos or in person at our warehouse. Once we have determined that the product has reached you in the manner described above, we will start the refund process within 48 hours.
  • As we acknowledge and understand that not everyone may have the same or similar taste preferences, we do not accept "Taste" as a cause for requesting a refund.
  • We do our best to accurately describe each product with images, however due to possible variations in colour, texture, print, etc., we can no longer accept returns on these grounds. Stuti Foods is not liable in any manner for the same.
  • The sole and final jurisdiction to evaluate whether a product qualifies for a refund lies with Stuti Foods.
  • Upon acknowledgment of a problem, a refund will be initiated within two days. The original source of payment will receive processing.
